Looks like Rosewood Sardinia isn’t happening any more. Was scheduled for a 2023 opening, has now disappeared from their website.

The property itself, after a legal battle for ownership, has now been acquired by the (Italian) owner of Danieli Venice (soon a FS), FS Milan and FS Taormina. So it seems very plausible that the whole project will end up with FS.
