If there's a schedule change, and that's pretty much guaranteed this far out, AMEX Travel (actually Expedia) is a complete nightmare to deal with. All outsourced agents in the Phillipines who work off a script and have no idea how to actually do anything. Add mileage upgrade confirmed into business class and I suspect you will never get the reservation properly updated following a schedule change.
AA is willing to handle schedule changes even on agency issued ticket. Byproduct of this is AA takes over the booking.
AA normally charges a ticket over fee but it is waived if there is a schedule change.
