I did my change on the live chat, from my KF number (I booked while being logged into my KF account) to a TP number. I tried to do it online or on the app, tried both LH and TP numbers and it kept telling me the numbers were invalid. The Live Chat was helpful, you need to wait a bit until a real person connects but then it's a matter of minutes.
