I'm a Gold with VS. I'm starting to fly more on partner airlines and I've read many reviews/comments online that many people get turned away from partner lounges when they should have access through VS Gold. This is even despite showing the app or the printed card (which looks like something I could've made in primary school). Is there a more efficient/professional way to sort this issue? Never had any issue with my BA Gold, the app and physical card look very polished.

Is there any way to get VS to issue a physical card? Or just anything to solve this problem?
