I’d be interested in getting the contact info for those Chase UR executives.

We’re UA Star Gold, and it’s very easy to transfer UR points to UA. In this case, travel was to be on LH, and on a city pair not available from within UA’s REZ system. Biggest mistake was purchasing through LH codeshare partner KM (Air Malta), which really complicated the situation.
