Hey guys, I will be flying from LAX to SIN with japan airlines. Then flying SIN to BALI with Singapore airlines, with a 9 hour layover in changi.
my flights were booked separately so im confused on what to do once i arrive in singapore.
i will have check-in bags, and i dont think JAL has an interline agreement with Singapore airlines. Was hoping to get my baggage tagged the whole way to bali instead of stopping in changi. anybody know if there is a way to do this or am i stuck going through immigration when i arrive and rechecking bags?

i know i can try to ask JAL when i check in if they can, but if not, is there anything I can do or talk to in Changi so I will not have to go through immigration?
