Should I be worried? I have a confirmed [award] booking but no seat map is opening

I'll try to keep a long, frustrating story short. Thank you in advance for any guidance.
  • For my honeymoon this coming November, I booked an Air France award ticket from Houston (IAH) to Reunion Island (RUN) via Paris (CDG). I booked the flight using Delta miles with Air France saver award space (or whatever they call it). It’s been booked for about two months.
  • Somehow, the Delta website had a technical glitch today and my flight was auto-cancelled (it’s a long story). I had to call Delta and spent two hours on the phone with them while they tried to fix it
  • Delta eventually fixed it, and now the reservation is showing up again on the Delta and Air France websites. I'm not exactly sure how they fixed it - the original award space was gone, and the representative told me he had to go through a bunch of different travel desks at Delta to get it fixed. I think ultimately the Delta GPS (Global Partner Services?) group fixed it.

What has me worried:
  • When I go to select a seat for the CDG to RUN leg of the journey, all of the seats on AirFrance.com and ExpertFlyer show as Occupied
  • When my ticket was auto-cancelled today and I first called Delta, I simultaneously checked ExpertFlyer and Google Flights to see if there was award or revenue inventory available for this CDG to RUN leg. There was no availability in either case. In other words, if I went to AirFrance.com or Google Flights, I couldn't even buy a revenue CDG to RUN busines ticket on the flight (but you could buy an economy ticket, which makes me think the business class was sold out?)
  • So what I'm wondering: Do I actually have a confirmed seat on the flight? By re-instating my ticket, Did Delta inadvertently put me into an oversold business class situation with Air France (since all the seats on the seat map show as Occupied)?
  • I called Air France and spoke with a rep who seemed confused. She said the seat map might be under airport control (that seems a little odd since the flight is 3 months away) or perhaps you can only select a seat when you check-in (but I could have sworn I had previously selected a seat before this Delta technical glitch today)
TL DR: I have a confirmed business class reservation with Air France (booked with Delta miles), but the seat map on airfrance.com shows completely occupied in business class. Is there actually a non-negligible risk I show up after my first flight from IAH to CDG to be told that my husband and I don't have a seat on the second flight (from CDG to RUN)?

Thanks again for any insight!
