There is no baggage "allowance" on domestic Economy flights on AA. What does your receipt indicate is the charge for your first and second checked bags?

Are you trying to select your seat on ba.com or on aa.com? If your BAEC number is in your PNR and if AA recognizes your oneworld status, then you should be able to select MCE seats for free.

You will need your AA PNR to access your booking at aa.com.

Edited to add: What was your BAEC elite status at the time you booked the domestic AA award?
