Cap One pulls all 3 credit bureaus - so not worth it IMHO; Usually any card application gets only 1 or at most 2 at times
I am still above 5/24, on Equifax (which Chase pulls here) but Experian and Transunion are below.
Usinfg a C1 application is not to be done lightly
