DP: I was turned away with my Plat around 16:15 b/c of overcrowding. The attendant was furthest thing from a "dragon", was apologetic, and explained to me that they may have add'l seating after a few flights depart. I'll check it out next time. But yes, they're definitely open in the afternoons ... theoretically.
