Prior to staying at the WA Berlin I’ve only stayed at the WA Amsterdam. Is it me or should the WA Berlin be a Conrad? Or maybe the Amsterdam location is just top tier?

The service between the hotels is so different. From check-in experience to in-room amenities to dining. Also, it looks like guest need to pay to use the pool? What’s up with that? Not sure if I should have started at the Amsterdam location on my WA journey .
