Dear Sofitel NY,


I would like to request to waive the 8 x USD29 + TAX Urban fee from my already paid bill in retrospective.
If too difficult to credit the amount to my credit card, I would accept the value in ALL points if this is easier for you.

Motivations:
1) The special Urban fee has never been communicated to me by Sofitel. Therefor we did not use any of them.
2) I had this issue before at Sofitel Chicago and Sofitel Washington, and they waived it away (during checkout).
3) Sofitel should proactive waive this fee for their top tier status members as I am Diamond.
4) See contradictions between what is stated on the hotel webpage / benefits of the loyalty program and the “benefits” covered by this fee. For instance wifi is stated to be free on the website and premium wifi is offered to Plat/Diamond. Fitness centre is also included!
5) ALL safekit is given to me at any ALL hotel for free… I dont even remember it has given to me in Sofitel NY at all, for sure not every day.
