I wouldn't do it.

If there's a schedule change, and that's pretty much guaranteed this far out, AMEX Travel (actually Expedia) is a complete nightmare to deal with. All outsourced agents in the Phillipines who work off a script and have no idea how to actually do anything. Add mileage upgrade confirmed into business class and I suspect you will never get the reservation properly updated following a schedule change.
