Given that it's approaching the midnight hour, if you are planning on heading downtown just be advised that taxis have a late night surcharge in addition to the airport surcharge. Also, trains stop running around 12-1am depending on the day of the week. I haven't heard of a Jurys Inn in Singapore, so I can't help you much re: the logistics of making your way there! You should already have your onward boarding pass in hand, and I would recommend that you get yourself back to Changi airport at least 1 hour before your flight departs so that you have time to comfortably make your way to your departure gate.
