I have two AmEx Aeroplan black cards. Thus, if I get another 100,000 SQM, I'll get a "banked year" of SE status, which I could then use to re-qualify, avoiding the need for SQD?
The reports have been that they don't grant the threshold gifts until you've hit the SQD requirements. So no banked year unless you hit 20K SQD.
