Yes, there is an amount of %chance your dedicated TA will keep records of total stays and inform/remind the hotel so they can decide/prepare the surprise. Mostly when booking direct with FourSeasons online i have the idea that you are just a booking next on the assembly line.

My only experience is with Four Seasons Seattle,
booked same room type twice, prepandemic
- self booking : just the room, not else
- booked via expert TA as part of package : welcome amenity+card and a seemingly improved allocated room in the same category
