About monogrammed pillow cases:

I presume one must have had 50 stays in person in a revenue suite at only a certain hotel to get those monogrammed pillow cases as treasured frequent guest live furniture.
It won't be given if stays are spread around different hotels across the group.

At least i was told at Intercontinental Amsterdam Amstel hotel when i suddenly saw my name on the pillow cases and was greeted with a congratulations cake with the nr 50 on it.
Management seems to consider me part of the furniture ....

As it is Four Seasons, so more superdeluxe luxury,
you may get the monogrammed pillow cases only when staying:

- as regular commited booking via Four Seasons Preffered Partner "virtuoso" travel agent,
who might keep track of total stays and can request and inform the hotel

- being a Four Seasons elite member (per invitation only)
