I was here again a couple of weeks ago, and got an upgrade to the King Spa Suite again. The hotel has finally started a full renovation - the lobby building is currently closed and checkin has moved to the Clubhouse next to the villas past the carpark. They will progressively be closing each of the three other buildings in turn, while keeping about 40 rooms open by the looks of it. Not much disturbance during the 4 days I was there, but its not the best atmosphere with some dust around the lobby building which you have to walk past on the way to the beach. They say the renovations are planned for 6 months to allow for full capacity in April, but assume that will go on Balinese time. Rates next year are reflecting a more premium positioning at 60K+ points per night.
