Gawd, I hate doing that sort of thing (unless someone really gets under my skin).

I always feel like I'm getting someone into trouble, when most of the time, it's the supervisor's fault for not training his/her staff properly.


Anyway, as a newly minted platinum, I haven't used the concierge service yet. But this benefit sounds great! Wow, what a difference between Gold and Plat!
