Have a question about a round trip award booking made prior to July.
My understanding is that I should be able to have 1 free change, but is that 1 change for the entire booking, or 1 free change per direction? I'm guessing it's just 1 change for the entire reservation.

To complicate matters, my outbound was impacted by cancellations and I've been auto rerouted. I'm planning to call and either cancel the outbound or make a invol change.

Would me cancelling/changing the outbound due to involuntary reasons result in the lost of ability to get a free change for my inbound leg under the COVID waiver?
