Your comped 25K means you're not eligible for any rollover.

That's very different than anything from a credit card.
The 25k status was given (not earned) as a benefit of the Chase AP credit card. The words “if any” from the CIBC VIP card T&C, which provides the rollover benefits, imply that the rollover is also applicable to people who have not earned any status.
