I was last there in May, and at least then Titaniums and Ambassadors got access to the Chambers Club regardless of where in the hotel they were staying.

To clarify my understanding of the various posts here: Is it safe to say that simply being Plat/Titanium does not guarantee lounge access at this hotel? If I read correctly one must be staying on the Chambers side as opposed to the Barlow. I have an upcoming stay here prior to a Eurostar departure and virtually no upgrade options with SNA's are available and it doesn't sound like they'd be approved anyway.
