I called the Plat Desk six times over the past week to make reservations etc, each time hoping I would get a an actual Plat Concierge but got SMS everytime instead. The sucess rate for me has been less than 1/3 as William suggested . Does identifying yourselve as Plat to a regular SMS rep help for anyone? When I asked for help on making some dinner reservations, all I got was "here is the number to the hotel concierge, but I can't even transfer you."
