Hi all - long time AA flyer and executive platinum member. I had 4 system-wide upgrades from pre-pandemic that I had been saving up for a planned trip later this year, and just discovered that they had expired in July (without notification or anything). I pinged the AA support team but it went nowhere - I'm actually shocked at how poorly I was treated as an EP customer. Has anyone navigated this before? And has anyone challenged perk expiration and been successful?
