There is a notice on my current Wells Fargo Propel statement that the Earn More Mall (bonus points offers) will be discontinued as of December 3, 2022.

The Merchants Offers in the main card interface (cash back offers) are not affected and will continue to be offered.

There are also some other changes to the Wells Fargo Rewards Program which include removal of Auctions, Charitable donations, and Rewards Pool.
