Why the large # of no-shows?
Isn't this unusual? They booked their ticket but somehow changed their mind (all 65 of them) ...

I'm not sure if this will answer your question completely, but I do know the no-show factor out of Sydney right now is HUGE! I recently worked SYD-SFO and we were oversold in coach by 65. We left with 10 open seats in coach! I was speaking to the agents at the airport and they said its been like this for a while now.
