Crystal travel offers some very inexpensive BA fares, particularly one ways from Europe. I’ve noted £3 fares from DUB for example on other threads, the trick is to find a cheap BA fare on GF and then look on Crystal. For non UK flights where pricematch can’t be used, these can be quite handy. You get full BAEC benefits via the PNR.

Discounting OTAs are often poor when there are problems, but as BA have been altering many flights this week, inevitably these are affecting some of my Crystal bookings. And I’ve been very impressed by the response. A very quick personal email on a 5 minute DUB retiming, and a quick and unsolicited refund offer on an AGP cancellation, again by personal email.

Whether I’d use them for anything chunky is still debatable, but good to report that they seem much more reliable than, say, OPODO.
