I just booked SIN-LHR. Had to do so through a travel agent - annoyingly, as I have just found out that it cannot be upgraded. My plan was to upgrade from Business to First .. although at that price i’d have passed!

Travel Agent bookings ever able to be upgraded at airport or something maybe?
