Paid upgrade
Hello- we booked a room on points. Talked with internal reservations via phone and email. Confirmed PAID upgrade to superior water villa. I saw on app reservation room type was upgraded to superior water villa. As of today i see the room changed to Sunset Water Villa with pool. I also noticed the superior water villa is no longer available for our dates.
we were originally booked at the Hilton Aminigiri and only changed over because of this paid upgrade confirmation with Hilton.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? We are frustrated they would do this even after confirmation. We def do not want the sunset or sunrise villa as it is very close to neighbors.
