I am Diamond Elite and have a gazillion points. I'd like to use my points to gift a friend a hotel stay. However when I attempt to book reward nights my name is at the top of the booking and I cannot find a way to amend to my friend's name. With apologies if this has been dealt with elsewhere (I cannot find the answer), is there a way to book on behalf of someone else, while using my points?
