It is asking me to apply for an FTV now I have actually clicked through.

Am I right in thinking here that on a flight that was X Avios + £50pp, the worst case is an FTV for £15pp and the Avios redeposited? Best case is some 'glitch' on the cash side of things given my booking spans the 30th September?
