They couldn't even find the rental record at first. He called me and I gave them the number on the billing statement. He called back and they located it, but they said that it was my account and they couldn't talk to him.

I called and experienced the same thing. I gave them the number off of the statement but they said that it was his rental and that they wouldn't talk to me. I just disputed the charge, we'll see what happens.
