I sent out a customer care email but my last vacation got ruined because I had to spend hours on the phone with Marriott after a property deflagged 2 nights before our stay, and our reservation canceled, so Im hoping to at least wait until Tuesday to spend hours on the phone with an agent who will say there's nothing wrong why am I upset about this
