Slightly confused then. Was it booked under someone's Hertz Gold account? We assume it would have to have been, otherwise how would Hertz have gotten a card to charge?
If it was booked under a Gold account, did your son have your credit card in his profile? Just trying to understand what went down here to give you the best advice possible.
