But they're indisputably wrong & the credit jolly well
can be used for breakfast every day, including on the day of departure. The program rules are very clear on this, so the local "policy" is beside the point.
I hope you escalate this, both for your own benefit & to straighten out the property's mishandling of the food/beverage benefit so they don't keep screwing over guests.
