I have used them a few times for SH and less often for longer flights in Africa. I have had no problems with them. The on airport hotels at CMN are also OK. If RAM are providing the hotel i think they would put you in the Atlas/Relax Hotel which is again OK. They are a short and free minibus ride from the airport. The stop is in front of T2. Don't bother with a taxi. I stayed there for a few days last year when I was avoiding a UK red list entry. The points from the flights posted correctly to BAEC.
