QR through check separate oneworld bookings. It is their official policy to permit this provided it meets Minimum Connection Times. However it is worth noting that QR must be the starting carrier in the itinerary in order for this to be possible as most other oneworld airlines don’t offer this facility when on separate bookings. If it’s an outstation, it may require the check-in supervisor/manager to do the through check-in for you.
