I have spoken to Bremen a few minutes ago. The lady on the phone was very nice, but also couldn't help. She double checked everything on her side, but it seems to be an IT-issue because she also had green check-marks that the documents have been uploaded.

I will try it from time to time with hope that it'll work in the afternoon.
