Hi all, been a long time lurker here but decided to finally make an account and try to help contribute here in anyway I can and also just to thank all of your for all of your information shared so far.
I have flights booked already with JAL through BA for February as hoping to go to the Sapporo snow festival (fingers crossed it goes ahead) so the recent flurry of news has been welcoming in the sense we have some options now to get into Japan.
At this moment in time I don't mind paying the 30k yen as long as it allows me and my friends to travel freely in Japan but waiting to see what the updated rules are today in regards to visa (I'm a UK citizen).
By Feb the requirement of going through a travel agency and applying for visa in advance may be a thing of the past but interested to see what others thought process is who are flying out around Feb 2023?
