Yes i have experienced something similar recently. i am flying BKK/LHR (in F) return in a couple of weeks and for this trip i used one of my Plat upgrades, the J class i needed to purchase to use the upgrade cost a shade under 200k , which is only c 26000 under the full fare F i paid to fly the route 2 months ago.
It looks as though TG have really hiked their J class fares whereas F seems (to me anyway) to be broadly similar to pre-covid. Maybe they are trying to get more revenue customers to try the new F product.
I should correct this.
I did not make this booking myself and the person (in my office) who made it gave me the wrong figure. in fact the full fare J that i purchased in order to use my upgrade to P was actually 180000. so somewhat lower than i suggested above, though still higher than the J fare on this route pre-covid.
