I tend to find myself gravitating towards bars whenever I'm in any major city, so I've starting compiling lists of bars I've been to. This is mine for Bangkok: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/vi...679999998&z=11

I haven't had a chance to add this bar to the list, but Mahaniyom cocktail bar is probably what you're looking for. They do a lot of hyper local twist on cocktails, and they are a pretty new establishment (opened back in April this year). If you do end up going, they're very hidden on the second floor of a restaurant. If you go to the restaurant "100 Mahaseth Si Phraya" on Google map and ask the employees inside, they'll show you the staircase to get to the bar.
