Strolling through Emporium and Paragon supermarkets, I happened by the juice sections, tempted by many a choice. (Job's tears juice is apparently good for getting rid of drowsiness, fellow jet lagged-folk.)
But then I thought, are there many Bangkok bars that employ less-commonly used Thai ingredients? Maybe a bael margarita, or some ridiculous take on mango sticky rice in cocktail form?
I'm not au fait with the bar scene here, but perhaps some of you might know where to imbibe such creations/horrors.

I tend to find myself gravitating towards bars whenever I'm in any major city, so I've starting compiling lists of bars I've been to. This is mine for Bangkok:

I haven't had a chance to add this bar to the list, but Mahaniyom cocktail bar is probably what you're looking for. They do a lot of hyper local twist on cocktails, and they are a pretty new establishment (opened back in April this year). If you do end up going, they're very hidden on the second floor of a restaurant. If you go to the restaurant "100 Mahaseth Si Phraya" on Google map and ask the employees inside, they'll show you the staircase to get to the bar.
