Hi,

I have a flight booked in February SFO-ORD-MAN-ORD-SFO. When I booked online I requested an upgrade for the domestic legs. I decided to use my system-wide upgrades (don't know the FT shorthand for those!) to upgrade the whole trip.

My question is: how many upgrades will this use (for 2 people) - 1 per person per direction or 1 per person per leg?

If it's 1 per person per leg that is all 8 upgrades(!)... could I have requested just the international leg for the systemwides and left my domestic flights as normal EXP upgrade requests? Can I go back and so that after the fact?
