This insurance appears to be a complete scam. I purchased it for a flight last week and experienced a connection miss + International delay. Under the terms of the insurance I am to receive 13,000 LifeMiles but it has been impossible to find anyone to discuss this with and the bot does not respond. Does anyone have any idea how to claim on the insurance?
