You received a receipt from them that has a QR code that says "PAID IN FULL". I got this also, that's just your confirmation from JGA. You'll get the actual pdf certificate just like what freakazoid later today. This was posted to reddit as well, so I guess we'll see how busy they get, and if they start lagging behind.
