Hotel took our concern for fragrance very seriously. When we returned after dinner, front desk agent asked us if we wanted to move to a different hotel, I appreciated the gesture, but declined the offer. Director of Operations Ty came over after we finished breakfast to chat about the fragrance and fire alarm light issues. The offer to move hotel was obviously suggested by Ty, and I think that also helped convince my wife to return to Andaz Savannah.
