The wording seems like they copied and pasted it from elsewhere onto their website.
Why use "their company letterhead" instead of "our letterhead", and why use "travel agency" and "company's stamp" as if speaking about themself in the 3rd person?
Not really a red flag. Maybe they are just being lazy.
