No bassinets in J but ours is too big now anyway. We also just did it in J. We actually did the front row Middle seats, I would for sure recommend either first or last row to easily cross over if needed. It was easy enough to pass the child from seat to seat through the opening and being able to interact VS being across the aisle and misaligned.
