Amex ICC has just sent out email that HSBC/Amex have terminated the arrangement which allowed HSBC's Jersey division to refer clients to Amex for ICC $/€ cards and manages cards on behalf of mutual customers. Amex will keep the accounts open but transition to direct management. It's unclear from the email on whether they will now charge annual fee on the green card. It was waived under the old deal and allowed UK based cardholders to get a small boost on MR to air miles transfer rates (MR points are transferrable internationally at respective exchange rates).
