A brief search of google flights shows that it is not possible to buy a single ticket from Singapore, so it has to be two separate tickets - one from Singapore to CCU/DEL and the second - from these airports to DMU.
A travel agent should be able to price this out in a single ticket for you. That might be worth checking.

Also, keep in mind that December & January are peak fog season in North India & flights are almost always delayed so keep extra time to transit if flying through DEL.
