We're flying to Faro in ET next July and paid for seats so that we could get the exit row for the extra legroom. Now the curtain has moved to include row 12 and I'm told that I can choose any other seat at no extra cost, which is of course a waste of time (and money) because they are all the same (and cheaper than the exit rows). I suspect that the same will probably happen to the return too at some stage.

Do I have a valid claim for a refund of the seating fee on at least the outbound now? Or should I wait in case it moves back again and claim a refund if it doesn't?
